Peas seeds grade M
Entered in the Register of plant varieties of Ukraine since 2007 for zones of the Steppe and Polesia, since 2010 it is recognized as the national standard.
Originator – Institute of crop production of V. Ya. Yuryev of NAAN.

Grade of bezlistochkoviya (moustached), semi-dwarfish type. A stalk usually, height of plants – 65 - 85 cm, an interstice to the first inflorescence – 12 - 14. Flowers white, on pedicels on two flowers. A bean shelling type, average size, poorly concave, with a stupid top. Quantity of seeds in a bean 4-5, maximum – 8. Seeds roundish, with a smooth surface, pink, with a black seed scar.
Economic signs.
Grade of grain use, mid-season. Duration of the vegetative period – 75-78 days. The mass of 1000 seeds – 250-270 g. Protein content in seeds of 20-23%. It is steady against drowning, is suitable for cleaning by direct combining, demands timely collecting. It is steady against droughty conditions of cultivation.
In 2005 big crops of a grade the Motto received in the Rivne region in the Rivne DTsESR – 58,1 c/hectare, in the Cherkassk region on Mankovsky DSS – 51 c/hectare. In the conditions of the steppe Crimea the maximum productivity – 28,7 c/hectare was in 2010.
According to field qualification examination on a zone of Polesia in 2009-2010 productivity of a grade averaged 23,3 c/hectare, with the maximum productivity in 2009 – 33,7 c/hectare. On the Forest-steppe zone average productivity – 25,2 c/hectare, with the maximum productivity in 2009 – 37,2 c/hectare, received on the Bila Tserkva DSS of the Kiev DTsESR. On the Steppe zone for 2009-2011 average productivity made 23,1 c/hectare, with the maximum productivity in 2010 on the Kirovohrad DSS – 33,8 c/hectare. In 2012 in economy of TPF "Intertsentr Lyuks" (Slobodzeysky district., the Dnestr Moldavian Republic) productivity of the motto made 25,4 c/hectare.
